Welcome & About Me!

I am a graduate from the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities campus with a B.S. in Fisheries, Wildlife, and Conservation Biology & Environmental Science, Policy, and Management. As an early career scientist, my hope for this site is to be a portfolio that features my work and accomplishments as a resource for those interested in getting to know me more.

Broadly, I am interested in how large mammals, particularly ungulates, utilize and persist in the landscapes where they live. Thus far, I have conducted this work through habitat relationships, pairing space usage to environmental variables, assisting in estimating population vital rates, and supporting ongoing field research across the US. Though I am primarily question-oriented, I have a bias towards questions related to mammalian ecology due to their large spatial scales and  â€‹coexistence in human-dominated landscapes.
